Lewis Hamilton?s father and former manager, Anthony Hamilton, denied on Wednesday of any recollection of altering the date and time on his BlackBerry mobile phone in order to create false emails.
On a heated first day of evidence in his lawsuit against former client Paul di Resta, Hamilton was asked repeatedly under cross-examination whether he knew how to create emails with false dates.
When he said that he did not, Mr Paul Downes QC, representing the Scottish driver, said to the former IT manager: ?With your IT expertise? You seriously expect us to believe that??
Downes then suggested to Hamilton that it might be possible to alter the time and date of one?s BlackBerry, create an email, and then go back to the clock to reset it.
Hamilton answered that that was not possible on a BlackBerry which was part of a network and linked to a central server.
Downes said: ?You know all about it don?t you, Mr Hamilton? Come on!? He later asked him directly: ?Can you remember altering the date and time of your BlackBerry?? ?No,? Hamilton replied.
Hamilton is suing Di Resta for wrongful termination of contract and loss of earnings after being sacked by him in 2012. Di Resta claims that he was misled over a multi-million pound deal with energy drinks company Go Fast.
Earlier in the day the court was told that a box belonging to Hamilton containing mobile phones, video recorders and a computer had gone missing during a house move earlier this year.
Downes expressed surprise that Hamilton could have mislaid such an important box. ?You knew [the contents] would be highly controversial in these proceedings, didn?t you?? Downes said. ?Correct,? Hamilton said.
Asked whether he thought of reporting such a significant loss to the police, Hamilton told the court that he did get in touch with his local police station but did not report a crime or make an insurance claim as he could ?not guarantee whether the box had been stolen or thrown away?.
After lunch Hamilton asked to recall some of his evidence, saying that he had been ?nervous as hell? in the morning.
He suggested that perhaps one of the builders who helped him with the move had mistakenly taken the box. ?I suggest to you that you now need to change your story to explain why you didn?t [make a claim or file a police report],? Downes said.
Hamilton also asked to clarify his tax status, revealing that he is domiciled in Grenada for tax purposes but also pays taxes in the UK where he lives and works.

Tengo el PC averiado practicamente para llevarlo a reciclar y estoy desde la play escrbiendo y es bastante estresante..Pero os leo a diario y tengo que decir que me rio bastante con ustedes..el misino gato es un show eh os poneis las bottas con el...jaj Vendran mas aburridos como el asique mucho temple con ellos..

Desde luego miami desde la primera pelicula de a todo gas hasta la última le habia cogido mucho afecto y me ha dado mucha pena la verdad, si a mi en la 6 la última me dio pena hasta que se muriera Gisele la novia de Han el chino y eso que es ficción sólo muere en la pelicula imaginate lo de Paul que es de verdad, ha sido un duro golpe para mi se le echara de menos si no sale en la 7 y no le olvidare

Hoy he leído a Fry diciendo cosas interesantes sobre el 2014, habla de lagunas o formas de interpretar el reglamento nuevo, a ver si dan con la tecla!! Y confirmado, motor Ferrari muy ligero BIEN
